“Easy to order. Great quality. Superbly packed inside the lovely gift box for no damage. And the delivery partner, TMCC, alerted me to delivery 5 mins prior to arrival…and the lovely Sue even brought it inside for me …which was much appreciated as I am currently on a mobility scooter with a fractured ankle. This one was a treat for me but I have ordered various hampers from Snowgoose before and all recipients have spoken highly of both the service and the quality.”

“I cannot complain nor can I compliment as I sent this gift to a regional hospital to thank staff for looking after my elderly disabled brother, I did not receive any kind of delivery notice from snowgoose and I did not receive a photo of the item being delivered I have no idea if my gift was received by the dedicated nursing staff who are completing double and triple shifts it would be good customer service to send an email to the person sending the gift to know exactly what was sent as it leaves me wandering if a gift hamper was even sent and my money has just gone into a companies bank account”
