I have ordered before for another friends 50th.
The address provided had a person at home waiting for delivery but driver never rang doorbell or knock.
Now she has to go n pick it up”

“I sent a fruit hamper a week ago & had to ring up to make sure it was delivered. I was told yes a photo was taken. I still hadn’t heard from the person I sent it to (unusual) in over a week so I emailed him. He had no idea who had sent it & had had to ask 4 people to see if they sent it. MY MESSAGE obviously was NOT attached. Dreadful service. Would like a discount”

“Sent a package to Brisbane from Sydney to friends suffering & isolating from covid . It worked a treat & ticked all their boxes - I chose the immunity pack & one other for variety & it arrived in a timely fashion within two days
They sent me a photo & it was as shown on the website
I would recommend this as a great idea to send someone & its better than flowers !”

“There was very little fruit for $150. I was sure there would be a second layer, given how little fruit there was when I opened the box. That’s a lot of money to pay for not much. I will use another company next time.”

She phoned me last night and said thank heavens she had a few mandarins to stick into the hollow spaces because she could not stop eating all the delicious goodies 😂 she did however take a photo to show him what it looked like.

“My parents perishable fresh food hamper is currently sitting in the closed Coolangatta Post Office.
My 80 year old parents now have to walk down the hill in the morning and drag their now "not so fresh" box of possibly squashed fruit up the hill.
If you have ever visited the Point Danger lookout and know Snapper Rocks you would know it's quite a climb up the hill.
I don't imagine a taxi or uber driver being terribly impressed with a one way fare - driving my parents back up the hill??
The previous x3 deliveries, over the last x4 years, to this same address went according to plan - there is a 24 hour reception.
