“Put my Snow Joe power washer together. It was a breeze. The instructions were so easy and clear. I unfortunately was missing a bottom bracket piece in the box. I called customer service, they were so nice, no automated service to navigate through, They sent me out the part I needed asap! Thank you Snow Jo!”

“After less then a year and only a few uses. I went to use the powerwasher this year and the motor just whined. Contacted the warranty dept they asked for a video and said they would replace it. They e-mailed a ups sticker, I boxed it up and sent it back. As soon as ups scanned the delivery ticket I had an e-mail saying the replacement unit is on its way. Well done.”
