“My customer service representative was very friendly and polite. He tried to troubleshoot my issue with my pressure washer and when that did not resolve the problem he kindly informed me Snow Joe would replace my washer. Extremely helpful.”

“Unfortunately I coukd not complete my call due to work interruption but I was happy with the interaction I had . I ended up returning the hose to the store I purchased it from. In past experiences it takes too long to get a pkg from the USA . Summer will be over in a couple of months . But thankyou”
