“Great experience. I got a hole in my hose. I remembered that I registered my hose for the warranty. So I went online and sent the email to file the claim. I was very promptly emailed back and asked a few details. After I responded I was very promptly replied to again that my replacement hose was on the way. They also gave me an upgraded version because of what I had been through. It arrived fairly quickly after that. Great experience overall. I was so impressed with the way they handled my claim that I have now ordered a blower and in the future I will order a power washer. They actually stand by their word.”

“I purchased a Snowjoe Fiberhose and in less than a year, with recommended treatment, it started leaking. The jacket showed no signs of a cut or tear but water was pouring out of it about 15 inches from the nozzle. When I contacted customer service, they took my info and on the same day I received an email and I received a new hose within about 10 days. Everyone I spoke with was very cordial and helpful. Snowjoe has excellent customer service.”
