I had a very good experience with your representative. Everything has been taken care of, much to my satisfaction. The only negative thing I have to say is that I have written a review three or four times and I keep getting asked for another review. I think what I’ve already submitted should suffice. It was my pleasure doing business with SonJoe.

I purchased two Snow Joe 100 ft hoses because I had bad luck with the expanding type hoses. The Snow Joe hoses are a nice compromise between the heavy, awkward traditional hoses and the expanding kind. I have been happy with them but one split at a seam. The customer support process at Snow Joe has been outstanding. Registration is easy and they sent me a new hose without red tape.

Had a problem with a trimmer, one of the plastic internal gears broke. Contacted company and in a matter of a few days got a reply. Then arrangements were made to return defective item and to receive a replacement. Replacement arrived and all is good

My water unexpectantly began leaking badly at the connection to the faucet (underneath the blue rubber). When I asked for a replacement, all I had to do was provide pictures. I immediately received my replacement and my warranty is still good. Service was fast and polite and I received my new water hose just days later. THANK YOU!!!

I bought several of the Sprinklers for a couple houses and 2 of them quit working. The Customer service rep was terrific and they replaced both of my sprinklers without hesitation. Great Company!!!

Currently own two Snow Joe products. Both are great. Had an issue with the most recent purchase, and contacted Snow Joe asking about replacement parts. The customer service was excellent. Went above and beyond to understand my issues and the staff were thoroughly professional throughout. With customer service like this backing up their products I would definitely purchase from them again.

I missed something in my instructions on my new pressure washer and damaged the unit. I decided to call and see what I needed to do to fix the unit and they kindly replaced the unit with a new one!

When we had problems getting our Sun Joe to use the soap, the person from Sun Joe was more than helpful. Since it was still under warranty, they sent us a replacement as soon as we returned the old one. Very pleased. Thank you

My hose got a leak and I called and they replaced it. Very good customer service. They sent a new hose in less than a week. Would definitely recommend this company.

I purchased an SPX3000 pressure washer in October, 2022. It recently stopped working. I contacted Sun Joe for customer support. The response was probably the best I have ever experienced. The short version is they paid the shipping cost to return it, and then sent me a brand new unit! I couldn't be more a more satisfied customer.
