“When we purchased our Sun Joe hose we purchased the additional 2yr warranty, got a leak and contacted warranty support and it was a smooth and pleasant call. We received our replacement within 3 days.....awesome customer service!!!”

“One part we received on the pressure washer was faulty. We made contact and in very short order the part was shipped out and the matter was resolved. Very impressed with the service and communication from the staff. Also very impressed with the unit. It punches above it's weight!”
