“I reached out to Sun Joe customer service for a broken ejector flap on my new detacher and scarifier. Christine help me with my issue. She took her time and provided me information on the warranty. Unfortunately there was no replacement part but instead Christine suggested I will be getting a whole new detacher and scarifier if I agreed. I am so satisfied with her customer service and Sun Joe’s warranty. Thank you for taking care of my issue. Well done Christine and Sun Joe. Another satisfied customer.”

“Product was used for only handful of times and it gave up . Not happy with the product . Warranty is only for 2 years but one must also consider number of times used.”

“Recently I had to request the status of my warranty on my extending pole saw. A return notification was received almost immediately, followed in a few days by an email saying that my warranty had been approved. The email outlined the return procedure, very easy to follow instructions. With over 16 Sun Joe utilities, this was the first to need replacement. Your products have allowed me to give away all my conventional gas powered tools. It also gave me the ability to purchase tools that I did not already have. I am completely happy with Sun Joe. My shop appears to be a Sun Joe show room. All the tools perform to their respective specifications. I couldn't be happier. Thanks Sun Joe paul wollenhaupt”
