I was tricked into a subscription and didn't know it till $300 was took of my card for something I didn't order I paid for a free trial that was$4.99 and they signed me up for monthly subscription I didn't even know about and I haven't received the product is the bad thing they keep giving me the run around I asked for receipts of wat their charging me they can't give me that either and I asked for a copy of the subscription they said I signed up to they want give me that either and they also had another business of their take money off my card too as well so ppl pay close attention to the fine print they are robbing ppl bank accounts and I haven't seen any product yet

I enjoy these products however had the weirdest customer service response! After buying Stemnucell for the first time and having CE Ferulic as my daily regime, I called to ask what order I am to apply these or if it is ok to apply them together. The answer I got was "try it and see what happens" , Not good!! I then asked to speak to corporate and was told that was not possible. I asked where the products where made, The person assured me it was in the US but told me "I am not allowed to divulge this information" like it was some clandestine affair. I do believe I have a right to know where the products I purchase for my skin are made! I am hesitating to continue buying these products despite how much I enjoy them. Please clarify if you want to continue my business. If I do not get a reasonable response then I will use up what I have and move on to another product. Thank you.

I had received a expired (by two years) product from solvaderm and placed a call to costumer service. The lady on the phone stated hey take these situation very seriously and will be in touch with me shortly. That was last week. Since then I have sent email to consumer service to follow up with no response. Very dissatisfied. Couldn’t the least be done is a refund?

Hope the product they sell is not a skim. They have a referral program stating 25% off. But, when you click on a link you have nothing. They have multiple sites that point to the same company. Not a good sign.

I haven't been able to log into my account for 6 months. Despite repeated emails asking for assistance - nothing.

Although I was charged for your product on December 13 to date today I have not received my order which was placed on 12/12. Please acknowledge that you have resent this message and let me know what happened to my eye cream Nancy King

Sent an item with no instructions on how to dispense the product. When I wrote to them, they sent a YouTube video with the person showing how to use it having a rather disturbing red cut on her finger. It gave me the impression that the company was not too careful concerning the health and safety of their products.

I ordered two vials of the neck cream (Revivatone) like I have done several times in the past and they only sent me one . I called customer service immediately upon receipt of my order to let them know and I was informed that they would “investigate the issue and get back to me in a couple of days”.... What is there to investigate? You owe me another vial of the cream that I paid for. Period. Very annoyed and probably will not be purchasing again.
