“The free sample of Ace-Ferulic I had requested as part of my order was empty when I received it. The contents were all over both the inner sealed bag and the outer postage bag. So no free sample. I had exactly the same problem with a full size Ace-Ferulic purchased about a year ago which cost a small fortune. When I mentioned this the Solvaderm staff member with whom I was chatting didn't seem to care. I did! I also think it is very deceptive hanging free tags around the necks of full-size products when, in fact, the offer is only for sample size. In Australia you would be in trouble for that kind of thing.”
