“We were not happy with the product, so we went to your website for returns and filled out the forms twice but no one got back to us. Also called your customer service where you have a standard message that someone will call you back but no one does. Very unhappy and will post on social media that one should never do business with your company.”

“Hi! I’ve actually had a difficult time getting the unit to detect a heart beat. Even my own. I think I may have a lemon. We just had a check up, baby had a strong heart rate of 174 bpm. Any advice on what can do about returning the device?”

“I was made miserable by your EKG Monitor. It was showing that when my pulse went to normal (above 60) I would usually have arrhythmias: FALSE! I was having much anxiety over this——to say the least! Talk about being between a rock and a hard place! I couldn’t sleep this last week. Yesterday, with one quick look, the er Dr said: “Artifacts.” “It’s not an accurate read. Arrhythmias don’t look like that.” The er ekg showed no arrhythmias. In fairness, your ekg monitor hadn’t shown any in the last couple of days. I now have a Holter monitor on (for 2 weeks). I’m also going to have 2 different Cardiologists look at your monitors graphs & get their reaction. If your monitor proves it was accurate, I’ll get back to you here.”

“Worked in ER for more than 10 yrs. Had a kardia mobile which was excellent. I was able to instantly able to see a large clear screen of my ekg and determine arrythmias. Print outs were hospital quality, easily measured. Purchased the sono health because of the ability to see more lead views. Disappointing. The screen is to small to see anything relevant. You Must use a large monitor computer app to see your ekg. The print out resolution is so poor it reminds me of the old dot matrix printers set to economy mode. Would help if the sono would transmit directly to your mobile phone so the ekg could be seen on a larger screen in real time.”

“I have had a friend who used a Doppler throughout her pregnancy found the baby heartbeat first time. I used sonohealth could not find fetal heatbeat friend used both and could only find fetal heartbeat using HER Doppler. This Doppler was useless.”

“I would buy literally any other brand than this one from here on out! So unreliable! I would like to know what my baby's actual heart beat is!!!! Jumping all over with the numbers when I am sitting completely still and you can clearly hear the heartbeat just fine. I paid a lot of money for this doppler, I shouldn't have to set a timer and count the beats myself because it is so unreliable!!! Very disappointed!!!”

“This is a scam huge waste of money doesn’t work. Won’t even detect my heartbeat. This does the opposite of giving moms reassurance instead it causes stress, fear and anxiety. I went to the doctor and my baby is healthy and alive. But no thanks to this I thought otherwise and maybe I had a miscarriage due to this device. Save your money I don’t even know if they will give me a refund. It’s trash”
