“I think I would give a 4.5, I just wish you could custom mold them. I am using these for an interesting situation. To hear lower wind and rumble noise in the cabin of my car (works superbly!) I use 1 flange because my ears are small so fits better, i tried all of them and all worked good. i wouldn't say its exactly flat, but its very good and sounds natural enough and doesn’t muffle too much. A trick in my Tesla is to turn the earbuds all the way closed so its rolling off the high end and reducing volume the most possible and then I eq the music in my car so it has more mids/highs - so effectively your decreasing the outside noise while increasing the music to sound natural and it works great.
