I purchased the earplugs, Minuendo, and the experience with the customer service team was horrible. I did get the refund in the end, fortunately, but going through all the inconvenience dealing with the confusing messages from the service team was something I never want to experience again. As for the item itself, the fit was uncomfortable. The overall design when actually seen was shoddy and toy-like. Some accessories were missing. But all that was better than the poor service quality afterwards. I hope this review helps anyone in a relevant situation.

My bad experience is that I ordered the watch on December 21, 2022, and now on January 20, 2023, I still do not have it. You use FedEx Smartpost, and that is not good. Also, you have no US-based customer service, so I have been sending emails and getting a response maybe two or three days after. A conversation that could have taken five minutes has now stretched out over three weeks.

It worked great for awhile but the vibration feature stopped working correctly. The dial and lights work but the vibration only works sometimes and often it's completely out of sync with the app and the flashing lights. I've contacted support several times and they haven't been helpful at all. I definitely do not recommend this product.

Customer service is offshore and takes days to respond. They are curt and unapologetic for their delays. I wanted to cancel an order but there is no phone number to call to get a quicker response, and the product shipped before I got a response. Now I may be out of pocket for something that could've been easily avoided with a "Cancel Order" button or a phone number. Absolutely terrible!

I just received a brand new Soundbrenner Pulse. I doesn't even switch on or charge. I reached out to customer care for a refund and so far nobody replied to me. Don't waste your time and money.

Bought this Soundbrenner Core Steel Ltd as a gift to my daughter. Handed over August 17-th. Today, August 27-th it does not charge any more. Unit does not respond when one connects charging cable. I spent more than 300 Euros for a product that is supposed to be Premium quality and it only lasts 10 days? This looks like robbery to me.

My son received this as a Christmas present and used his watch daily. He quite liked it, however the plastic bracelet attachment broke off and he no longer can wear it. As this is still under warranty we have tried to contact the company to get a replacement. Three attempts at contacting the company and we have been completely ignored. The product is good. However the company’s customer service is terrible and they don’t seem to stand by their warranty.

Really wanted these to work but they are more of a gimmick. These are simply EARPLUGS! Due to COVID restrictions, I was unable to try these within the 30-day return policy. I finally was able to try after 60 days. Emailed support to ask if I could return for a refund due to the pandemic restrictions. They refused. These are guaranteed for 5 years. Very disappointed in this company and their lack of compassion.

This almost burnt my house down! I had been interested in this, especially during the pandemic when i had more time to play my guitar. I was gifted it for x-mas. The first charging cord was defective. The company made me take multiple videos demonsting my trouble shooting over several weeks and slow responses. finally they agreed to send me a new charging cord but that was it. By the time i recived the cord several months had passed since receiving the watch. the cord did charge the watch and i was finally able to use it. I had started working again and was using it very little. The 3rd or 4th time i wanted to use it, it was dead and i went to plug it in... Im doing some house work and getting ready to leave for a while but I keep smelling burning. Im walking around the house inside and out(windows were open) . I pin point where the smell is strongest and I find the soundbrenner charger cord on the ground melted off from where it was plugged in! the usb insert side of the cord still in the base smoking so furiously I can't actually see it! I rip it from the wall and run it outside! I'm super thankful I smelled it and figured it out before leaving my home to be burnt down. Soundbrenner has offered no info other than the offer of a new cord again. No thanks, I dont actually want to burn my house down. I should add that the few times I used it the watch it felt pretty primitive to other modern watches. But don't buy this unless you're into burning your home/practice space down. Also be willing to not use it for months at a time because the customer service is bad.

DO NOT BUY! First of all the buzz is too loud to use in an acoustic or mic'd setting, it'll definitely end up on the track unless you actively work to hide it, paying $100 for a metronome that you have to hide in a real world situation is asinine. Perhaps the reason I'm writing this review is the poor experience I've had in dealing with Soundbrenner, Mere days after receiving the product it stopped buzzing, which is literally the feature of this metronome. A few days after contacting customer service it randomly started working again. A month or so later the Pulse stops working, apparently it was an issue with a faulty charger. After sending a video to prove it wasn't working they send out a new charger. A month or two after that it stops working again, this time the buzzing isn't working...again. Customer support asked me to send in yet another video to prove it doesn't work; this is now the third time in less than 6 months I've contacted customer service about this defective metronome. At this point I've reached out to customer service several times asking for a refund and they've ignored all my messages. Aside from the item being a largely unnecessary novelty product simply trying to reinvent the wheel (and failing) there's the abysmal customer service that lead me to unequivocally and in no uncertain terms strongly encourage anyone considering this or any of Soundbrenner's products to NOT buy and look elsewhere.
