Pretty things. Good value on sales items. But the sizing guides are completely useless. And the return/exchange process is a nightmare at best. They do not follow the policies they have published. The communication of what needs to or should happen are nonexistent. And once one manages to get them to admit they have your returns, they do not go ahead & send the exchanges. I am STILL waiting after close to 3 months, because they did not hold my sizes or send them to me. So, they are out of stock now when there were plenty to fill the order originally. Also the quality on the big hoop earrings is not good. Apparently they were stored in a very hot place that melted the glue or something & they are stuck together & will rip apart if forcefully separated.

Very disappointed with customer service as well as shipping details. The time between ordering and items actually getting shipped out seems quite long. CS was a recording 3 times out of 5.

I was extremely disappointed in my duster. I ordered my normal size, and it doesn't come over my breast. Wished I would've known they run small.

I appreciate my order showing up, but I never heard from anyone through Instagram DM, Facebook DM, email, or leaving a voice message... Delivery took more than 2 business days and I paid extra for 2-day shipping.

There items are cute but expensive. i don’t feel the quality is worth the price sometimes but the shipping is fast and they are always willing to help and answer any questions right away

Love the quality of the clothes, but shipping time is terrible. Also lack of response to customer feedback. I emailed them over a week ago and still no response. I've ordered several items but I'm not sure that I will again due to the return policy.

This was a bit of a disappointment. It's not in the colors that were shown on the model. I had actually bought some turquoise jewelry to wear with the one that actually was the one on the model. But when this one arrived there's barely any turquoise in it. It's mostly in reds and golds which match my red sequence duster a lot so it looks like I've got two of the same duster just about. I had wanted this so badly but every time I look at it I'm disappointed.

I’ve placed several purchases and even though the clothing is amazing, I’ve had an issue with customer service department. I didn’t receive a pair of boots and even though they said they would refund me I still haven’t received it. I can’t get anyone to contact me back.

Ordered a kimono. Paid extra for expedited shipping, did not arrive on time. Came in and did not fit. The 3x is a very small 3x. They informed only return is store credit. Since I don’t fit their “largest” size , I guess I’m stuck with an $80 piece that will stay in my closet.

Customer service was very helpful to me each time I reached out but I did have problems with ordering In-stock items with preorder items. My in-stock Items we’re not pulled and ultimately sold out before It was shipped. I was reimbursed for the items I did not receive but overall very disappointed.

Kinda disappointed in this one. Waited soooo long and it finally arrived! This was a pre-order so it felt like forever abd 2 days. Took it out of the package and the button flew off the sleeve. I think it’s not true to size. My daughter is always a medium and this is short and skin tight. I know I should probably return this dress for a large but do I risk that one is too big? Sigh- We love SFC’s- maybe this was just bad luck.

I've loved every single item I bought fr SFC...I've gotten LOTS of compliments on them.The ONLY reason I have them only 3 stars was the time it took to arrive.One item took 3 months to get there and another took SIX months to arrive .Their clothes also run quite small,I wear a medium and I need an XL in SFC clothing.But when I emailed the co to get an update,I could usually expect a reply the next day,or if I emailed them early in the morning,the reply sometimes came the SAME day,which was nice.But I DO realize the items that took so long were probably because of supply chain issues.But I like this company very much and will continue to buy fr this website!!🙂

I have been a loyal follower and customer for years. Last order placed on July 18th took a full month to receive although stated it was being processed almost immediately. I had to contact customer service on August 6th because order was still in limbo with no tracking information. Upon that time i was told it was held up in the warehouse due to not having an item in stock that was in stock when order was placed. I got a partial refund for the item, took a month to receive order and didn’t receive items in enough time for my vacation. Extremely disappointed. Also the white, Made For You Top the zipper was broke and needs repair. No point in sending back as I’m sure it will be out of stock or take forever to receive another. I have read plenty of negative views over the last year and I have always supported their business and referred everyone to their business. I will no longer be a customer or referring. Also when I posted a honest review with picture on Facebook still trying to be positive they wouldn’t approve the post in the VIP group. Extremely disappointed in this company. They now have lost a loyal follower and customer and my families business.

I was disappointed in the colors. In the Let’s Go Girls sweatshirt it shows neon colors, the colors are not even bright they are kind of dull.
