“it took over 120 days for my boots to ship and unfortunately didn’t get them in time for my event. the wait time was 30-90 days so I ordered them knowing my even was 115 days away expecting to get them in time :( they seem like good quality just overall disappointed.”

“Little disappointed the at the shirt didn’t have the white bleach marks. The shirt I received is much darker and and the picture on the back isn’t as bright and clear as the picture online.”

“This dress was completely over priced but I loved it so much I was willing to pay. I got the dress after stalking the mailman and it’s not true to size. Fit everywhere but if you have any boobs at all this is not going to work :( waste of money:(”

“I've ordered from southern fried chicks a couple times. The first order was amazing I love the packaging I love the item receive the quality was there. So I ordered again. The pair of boots I got took longer than expected but I'm assuming that was due to weather delays but once received you could actually see the glue on the seams of the cowhide. There's discoloration throughout the boot and I'm just questioning its quality and construction. Because it took so long to receive I'm not trying to send those back. I may wear them but probably only at night when you can't see them close up. Not impressed -they were on clearance or on sale but that does not justify the lack of quality received with the product On a side note: I asked southern fried chicks from their website why they had no women of color advertising their goods or materials. I searched the entire website and could not find one woman of brown skin or ethnic cultural diversity. At which time they told me they had an influencer who did reviews. The black social media influencer did one review multiple years ago. She's not a current model and there's no representation of diversity through its models ..which is unfortunate. #blackEquestrians”

“My item came broken... I fixed it with super bondo glue. I thought the necklace squash was cute but cheaply made. I was upset and offended with the FB ads they had on there so I deleted the app. Acting ghetto with country clothes on is not cute.”

“It should be noted somewhere that the Deal of the Day is non refundable. I ordered a deal of the day, it was too small. Upon trying to order, was told that deal of the days were non refundable. That is not noted on your website anywhere. I chose several deal of the days on seperate occasions and added them to my cart, no where does it note these are non refundable. I am aware final sales are non refundable, however, not the deal of the day. I will not purchase any further deal of the day.”

“Love the dresses but sizing seems inconsistent. I had ordered an xl in a dress but was sent a large instead. It fit so it was fine, I decided to order more dresses in a large. It did not fit. Ordered a different dress in xl after that and it also was too small. I have 2 pre-orders in that I ordered in a small and now I'm worried that they will be too small. Didn't even attempt to get an exchange or refund because reading the policy makes it seem very difficult.”

“Clothing is cute but it's a crapshoot on quality, I've tried consistently to order hoping it will be as seen and hoped but it's about a 60% disappointment when it arrives. For the price of many quality should be better and sizing charts are NEVER accurate. I will most likely no longer shop due to spending money on items that I end up throwing in a closet and not using”

“I love your stuff but everything is to short for me even if it says it's longer, or your floor length ones the straps are so flimsy they break after the first wear. Because the dress is so heavy and the straps are so cheaply attached.”

“Sorry for the mid class rating but when I received my mystery bad it was a joke!! The only thing that did not look cheap was the trucker hat, I gave it away , everything else except for the drink coozie liked like it came from the dollar store! Sorry ladies but I am not the only customer who thinks this! I have shopped at other boutiques and fortunately I have not had this problem, and the unfortunate thing is I most likely will not shop with your boutique again. There is lots of competition out there so maybe instead of buying in bulk do like other boutiques do buy a few quality items an not focus on quantity just saying …have a great year! I have never received my hippie soul tee shirt!!!”

“I received my item several weeks after purchasing it. The item quality was good but the fit, for a hat, was weird. I don't count that against Southern Fried at all. My main issue with the order was that it took so long to receive. I 100% understand the staffing shortage issue in the entire country and I was okay with waiting. What I didn't like was that I had to email not once, but twice to get anyone to even look at my order number to see it had been missed. My initial email was replied to with normal shipping timeframes which were almost up (I think by a day or two). I waited several days before emailing again when someone finally looked up and saw that the order had been missed. It did arrive shortly after. I may order again but the customer service aspect makes me a little weary.”
