“While my items are always beautiful and I’m aware they move slow to ship- I paid for an expedited shipping 12/6 on 12/17 my items still had not even shipped then they were not received on time for Christmas. Upon the receiving I reached out to the company, to which all I got was a voicemail. I left a message with my order information and concern and have yet to hear back from the company. If you’re in no hurry to get your items this is a great boutique but if you have less than a month for an event- order elsewhere.”

“I love the clothes and designs but customer service wasn’t good and the shipping times were crazy. It took 24 days for me to get my package. They say small company well then don’t sell to so many people! Otherwise expand and hire more people. I feel bad for the employees that have to work so hard to fulfill that many orders.”

“I honestly was super excited to place my order, I was told it would arrive in time by Christmas and sadly it didn’t but that’s not what upsets me, what upsets me is I preorder every Sherpa sweater then when they became in stock their was a huge sale selling some for $16 no biggie but when my order shipped (people who purchased from the sale got their shipped before myself) one of the items I pre ordered was now back ordered and people who purchased after me during this huge sale got theirs. I would assume priority would go to those whom pre ordered the items but I guess that’s not the case. Highly disappointed.”

“Shipping was super slow. Supposed to be 5-7 days but it was more like 2 weeks. Earring holder was bent and creased. Not appealing. But product wasn’t damaged.”

“Nothing wrong, just not great. Cute stuff, but I’m glad the item I bought was on sale because if I would’ve paid full price I would have been very disappointed. I paid for expedited 2-3 day shipping because I needed it for an event, but the item wasn’t shipped for a 2-3 days, so I got it 6 days later.”

“This was my very first time ordering SFC. The delivery was fast. I ordered the turquoise/cow print sherpa. It is very cute but I'm glad I only paid 20 dollars for it instead of the 70 it normally is. It is VERY thin material and not warm.”

“I would have given a 5 star review because I love SFC however I’m still waiting for any movement on my order placed in October. So far all I’ve gotten is a thank you for your order which at the time was supposed to ship beginning of December. So much for these Christmas presents! Now I’m screwed!!”
