“While I love how cute the fashions are, the sizing is way off (several 3X sizes are listed as 18/20 but are cut smaller or vice versa). They have constant sales going on but tend to overextend themselves and shipping takes FOREVER.”

“Hello, Love your store, products and all around attitude towards fashion at any size. My only request is that there are confirmation emails along with tracking information once purchases are made. I have bought two separate items from y'all and never received any notifications. It's frustrating not to be able to track or even have proof of purchase because if something goes wrong there is nothing to help fix an issue or track a package.”

“Return policy is very vauge, yet is very strict on what you can return or even exchange for in-store credit. Descriptions on the clothes such as length, for example, are not adequate. Stating a shirt is hip length instead of the inches does no one any good. Not everyone is the size of your models- please take into account people are different heights, have long or short torsos especially on the plus size and with the return policy, I would think it would steer others away from making a purchase, just as it has done me. I do love the T-shirts and will continue to order those :) I also had an issue with shipping taking 2 weeks and was given two completely different reasons as to why the order never shipped. When it finally did ship, I received it within a couple of days. Overall a cute boutique, unique products but does have room for improvements.”

“I love their clothes, and when you can get ahold of customer service they’re wonderful. However, I can rarely if ever get ahold of customer service. I’ve sent emails and tried to call the store with no answer. I love the products, but no replies to multiple emails deters me from future orders.”

“I have ordered one thing from this website and I was not happy with it. It was the poppin bottles dress. For the cost of the dress I was very disappointed with it. The hemline was uneven on the bottom and at the end of the sleeves. There were runs in the fabric and a few sequins were falling off. I could have returned it, but honestly the store credit for the return was not worth it. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this website again.”
