“I couldn’t lift up my arms in the beautiful dress I ordered. I tried to start a return and would only get error messages. And I would have to pay shipping costs. So I just donated to goodwill unfortunately.”

“Love their cloths line too bad it don’t fit me. I recently bought a wedding dress off of here and spoke with someone on sizing, I was informed the sizing would be fine for my large chest and the material was stretchy but in fact it didn’t fit and the fabric was stiff. Not to mention you don’t get your refund only store credit I’m very unhappy with everything honestly. I can’t buy their clothing and I’m allergic to a lot of metals so I’m super sensitive to certain jewelry so I’m slim on what I can buy and for someone with a large chest it will be a struggle to buy clothing.”

“Products of good quality but shipping is poor. No options for Overnight or 2 day shipping. My order took 10 days to get to me in MD and product shipped from SC 2 days before I received it which means it took 7 days to pull, package and ship in stock items. Needless to say the dress didnt make it in time for my event.”

“I absolutely love the styles from Southern Fried Chics! I am always eager to see what's coming next. However, I feel like I have had some real misses with substantial order delays, lack of prompt customer service, and when product finally arrive, it did not include certain features as advertised on the site (ex: modesty clasps missing or ties/belts not included). I feel like with the orders I love compared to the disappointing experiences, I would say SFC gets a 70% "success" rating from me. They are good, but they could be better.”
