Have been following Southern Fried Chics for a while. Was so excited to order. I ordered the weekend after Thanksgiving, minus one item I received the bulk of my order on 2/22/2021, which was disappointing. Communication was poor. The clothing does seem nice.

Normally I love your products, but this time I was disappointed. It took over 2 mos to receive my shipment, so my Christmas dress and NYE shirt did not make it in time and 2 of the 4 items were out of stock. I have to wonder had they been shipped in Nov or Dec would they have still been in stock. The 2 “dresses” I did receive are too short to wear. I think you have pretty items, but I’m not sure I can order a dress again. I don’t think it is a good practice to hold an order until the presage item is received. I LOVE pretty and sparkly items and as a 5’6” lady...not really very tall; I never dreamed the dresses would barely cover my hiney cheeks. My 32 year old daughter said, “Mom, you can’t wear that!” Just my thoughts...you asked for my opinion so I was honest with you.

I got the "I dont speak dipshit" koozie and the tumbler, which I ordered sometime between November and December. Now I understand that this is a small business and during that time, but I didnt get my order until the beginning of February. I email twice and they responded quickly. I would have liked an email saying they were running way behind or something along those lines. I really love the koozie and tumbler though.

I love everything this boutique has just unfortunately the shipping and customer service response hasnt been great. I'm still waiting on an order from Nov and tried contacting yall and nothing.

Took much too long to get my things, when I reached out to them I didn’t get a response. Finally got my stuff, the shoes are good quality, but I had to sew my pull-over because it came with a hole in the stitching.

I put in an order in October and it is now mid February and still haven't received it. I put in another order and got it within a week! I don't understand. The order that I did get was correct and awesome! I just wish I can get the other stuff that I've ordered!

I definitely have always thought the clothes on this site were so cute but held off because I couldn’t afford it. I for my birthday made a ordered to treat myself. What I bought was a cute as the picture and felt soft. I didn’t get a confirmation email and didn’t know it wouldn’t arrive for months. If I had known of that I might have not ordered because of the price associated. It was my first order so I didn’t understand what was going on and was concerned for awhile and honestly was shocked when it shipped.

I have a mixed review. I have ordered twice from this company and had no issues, the products were great and i received them in a good time frame. However, this last time i ordered a Christmas shirt several weeks prior to Christmas and received it two weeks ago. I messaged customer support and they assured me it was just late and would be shipping soon even after i asked for a refund. Had they refunded my money instead of sending the shirt I would be been a lot happier with my purchase.

I had been eyeing this shop for a long time, when they had a sale I had oh ordered a neon sherpa and earrings. The package arrived within a week and I tried it on. I'm very petite so the xs was still large on me, but more so my husband pointed out a discoloration on the side of my new sherpa. Like some of the blue dye ran onto the pink sherpa. The pattern is messed up on the side because of this. The store offered me credit. I'd be livid has I paid full price, but I got it for 22 bucks instead of 60. It works well for around the house but it was a poor first impression. I had no problem with the earrings I ordered and at this point I'd ordered a cow print sherpa I had wanted for a long time that was finally in stock. Again its large for an xs but I'm tiny. But the quality of my second purchase is good and I'm willing to order again should something catch my eye.

Absolutely stunning dress. Very sad it didn’t fit properly. It definitely runs large. I have several other SFC Products in medium that fit well. Knowing prior that it ran large I had sized down and purchased the small. When the dress arrived it was too big . I then started the exchange process online for the extra small. Through the process it notified me that because I had purchased the dress on a sale day to exchange it I would have to pay the difference from the sale price to the full price because the dress was no longer on sale. I could understand this if it was a clearance item or a discontinued item, but this is a new advertised dress. Disappointing store policy. I will be hesitant to purchase anything on sale again.

Love your clothing but frustrated that my October pre-order hasn't arrived but people that ordered in November got theirs. Customer service is hard to reach about orders.

The products are very nice quality & pretty. However, I don’t agree with the no exchanging or returns if the item ends in .95 or was 25% off.

I placed an order in November of 2020, and received my package last month, granted I learned that what I had ordered was a “pre-order” which is why it took so long to get to me. I wasn’t too happy about that, but overall I was happy with my items. I’ve been complimented numerous times on the boots I ordered. I might consider purchasing in the future and just word of advice make sure you pay attention to whether it’s a pre-order especially if you’re needing it ASAP.

The clothes are BEAUTIFUL! Extremely well made, great materials and truly gorgeous! My set back with the rating was the wait! It took a long time to get the items! I had read reviews after my order of people who waited months to receive items! But I did get them, it wasn’t a scam and they are truly beautiful!
