“I was not aware that I was not able to return the boots that I purchased accidentally. when I just put in the code to see what the discount price would be and it automatically purchased it. Now I’m stuck with a pair of boots I do not want and are cheaply made.”

“Most products I have purchased have been awesome! However, this t-shirt that I really wanted came in rough feeling and off colored. When I reached out to support, they just apologized and said they would get with their vendor, they didn't offer a refund or exchange. I was very disappointed and I have tried to not let if affect my shopping with your store, but I will probably never buy a t-shirt from you guys again.”

“I’ve been buying from Southern Fried Chics for a long time and have loved the products. The reason for the 3 star rating is that I have sent them about 6 emails over the past few weeks asking about an order and they STILL have not responded. Please up your customer service game and actually reply to your customers.”

“The clothes are always super adorable, but they always seem to fit weird. I always go by sizing left in the product notes, as I know standard sizing doesn't always apply, but even after ordering by measurements, their clothes just seem a little odd. I am larger busted and broad shoulders which presents its own challenges finding tops that fit right, but their tops are particularly off.”

“Been trying for 2 weeks to get help with no response for broken & missing items and damaged shipping box that was not appropriately packaged. I've always had a good response from previous orders, but not this time. And I still haven't received half my order from the end of November. Just very frustrating. Can someone, anyone help? I've sent emails, SMS messages, text messages, chats through the app and even messaged Liz via Instagram. No response from anyone! What will it take to get a response? I don't want to put this out on the internet or your pages. Someone please get back to me with a resolution. And I can't respond on the mystery bags because they were all dumped onto the one inappropriately packaged / unsecured box. So without knowing what was in each bag I can't review it. ☹️😳😱 And I have an item missing from the box. (I'm sure someone is enjoying the missing dress somewhere, but it somewhere I'm not). Also would love to wear the necklace I received that was broken/ damaged but then again no response from you guys. The box was so late in arriving I had to wear other items to my events since my SFC's arrived after the events. So I can't comment on the other items since I haven't worn them yet. I'm sure this is not the kind of review you wanted but I need to be honest it's not what I'm used to from you all either. And I know it is challenging with the holidays and all but if no one is going to be available to respond you should set up voicemail, emails and other data to alert people that it will be after the holidays that you will get back to them. Not just leave them hanging and frustrated for this length of time. Again can someone, anyone get back to me about the issues I'm having? Now it's escalated because I still haven't received the other half of an order from over a month ago and no the items are not on preorder. “The boots are pretty but it stinks that I got them on sale and I am unable to return them as they are too tight around my ankle and toes. It is a narrow fit. Now I'm stuck with boots I can't wear.”

“My first order from southern fried chicks was a pair of boots. The quality of the boots appeared to be great, but sadly they do not fit true to size. I wear an 11 and these seemed to fit more like a size 10 or 10 1/2. The website should state they run small. This will most likely be my first and last order from your site. I am highly disappointed with the return policy. I have to pay almost $8 to return a pair of boots that are not sized properly and then pay a restocking fee on top of that. I believe that is unfair due to the sizing of the shoe being out of my control. If they would have fit like a true 11 I would have gladly kept the boots.”

“I have placed a few orders and have been pleased with the quality of the stuff but the customer service when reaching out has not been the best, was extremely disappointed after receiving the wrong shirt, especially when I waited six weeks to receive it, I’m still waiting to hear back from customer service after multiple attempts and that was over 7 days ago and still no response.”

“I like the product, but the customer service is nonexistent. I called and emailed twice starting 12/16 and still have yet to hear from them. It is now 1/3.”

“Bought these sequin hoop earrings and they were on top of each other and were stuck together! When I pulled them apart some of the sequins pulled off and the wire was exposed.”

“While I love everything I’ve bought I’m disappointed I have yet to receive my refund from a product that was received by you on 12/13. You shipped the wrong product and didn’t have the one I ordered. I’ve opened a claim thru PayPal because no one is answering my emails”

“Loved the items I received, however the sherpa jacket had really short sleeves. My sister who has a wingspan a few inches shorter than what it should be compared to her height (her and I are the same height) was able to wear it perfectly, but the sleeves were too short for me or the average person. I couldn't wear it so I had to give it to my sister.”
