“Shipping time took over 3 weeks. Missed Christmas. I’m not sure it would have ever been delivered if I had not sent an email. There was no communication on the delivery, nothing to say it would take so long.”

“The boots I ordered were cute, but too small. Customer service was not helpful when I contacted them about their exchange process, sending me a link to their website information on returns (which I had already read and which left me with further questions that remain unanswered). I emailed again with the follow-up questions I had and, several days later, have not received a response.”

“All of the girls are sweet as pie, and I know they try their best. But 1: they allow their customers to gaslight other people who voice their concerns. 2: they will list an item and then later say it was pre-order though it was not labeled as such at the time of purchase 3: they don't answer phones, emails, or Facebook messages in a timely fashion. 4: they will not take care of an issue, such as overstocking a product, until you bring it up. 5: they blame covid, and not being staffed for shipping delays 6: the quality of clothes is average at best but their prices just dont match 7: shipping is inconsistent. Sometimes I get clothes months after I order, sometimes I will get it a few days after. They have adorable clothing and I will continue to order from them when there are sales, but make sure you have at least 6 months before the event you plan to wear you new clothing to. Don't go to any social media or they'll allow you to be attacked by their following. I used to have 5 stars but I had to change it to three after I've seen the complaints and what they allow to happen on their page.”

“Have improved substantially on delivery time. Need work on product description; some pictures on your blonde 'small' model may not work for some small Latina girls--fuller hips and rear. You need to expand the models you show; don't just do thin and plump, get curvy/in between models, selections and pictures. :)”

“The dress is very well made, when I bought this dress I thought that it only had one leg slit as the pictures never showed anymore than one and the description never said anything about it. I got the package and the dress has a slit down both legs. I personally don't like that for a wedding dress so now I am buying a new one. If I would have known that it had to slits I would not have bought it. Other than that the quality is really nice.”

“I have done 2 orders with SFC now and I love the items I have received! I have ordered several dresses in Medium and the fit has been perfect for me. It does frustrate me a bit that this size is typically unavailable for many of the items I would like to purchase and there have been a few hiccups (delivery times, damaged item, and response time to inquiries). I do have to say I think the sale prices that SFC offers are pretty reasonable and if I can find the items I'd like in my size I will continue to order.”

“I wish I could give 5 stars but the shipping delay is a little ridiculous. If you order make sure you do not need it for at least 2-3 months because all of my orders (I've made 3; still haven't gotten my last order from black Friday) have taken this long even though the description states otherwise.”

“Love your clothing it is sooo FUN and unique. However, during the pandemic as we know shipping, orders etc were slow. I ordered a large pre-order and was told it would arrive in October. It did not arrive in October or November it arrived one day before December 25th. NO COMMUNICATION was EVER sent out until I reached out. No updates were sent during the process until I reached out. No incentive to let your customer know.... Dear customer, things are backed up so here is 20% off your next purchase or nothing to help ease the tension of an a huge delay order. Poor communication & service during the times but in order to gain market share and continue to create customer loyalty these things are what retailers must focus on as there are too many choices especially since everyone is converted to digital retailers.”
