“My order was evidently lost because I ordered in November and did not receive my two orders until December 23 after contacting them and being told they didn't find my order. After sending copies of both orders they finally sent them. The two pair of shoes ran very small and both pair were given away to other people.”

“Enjoyed the company feedback when I emailed about a purchase that I was unaware that one of the items was on preorder, did not recall seeing that on the website, then when I finally received my shoes, I’m having to scrape glue off of the side of shoe, so the shoes were glued quickly and not looked over. But overall good experience”

“Hi y’all! I absolutely love my bracelet and my Sherpa. The Sherpa is definitely made with great quality and very soft. I rated an overall 3, due to the long extended wait time to get my stuff. Everything I’ve tried to order seems to take a while so maybe that’s something that can be worked on. But products are great and I love them!!”

“If you’re willing to wait 4+ month for your order then go ahead and order. Some of their stuff is really nice, others are not. Seems like they are using multiple manufacturers where they get their clothes made and some use better quality than others. Returns are only for store credit and sale items can’t be returned”

“Loved the camo and turquoise rain boots if you have big calves this is the boot for you! They are comfy too went shopping my feet never hurt and my feet hurt all the time! If you are size 8 1/2 order 8they run big I think 7 would do if u don't like thick socks. The turquoise and cow print sherpa sweater I was upset I ordered a large but they sent small. No refunds just store credit which is a hassle plus they not on sale anymore.”

“Some of the qualities of the items is a little poor. Over all please. I was worried I would not get all of my items before Christmas so I was glad I did. I do feel it's a huge flaw in the business to sell items they do not currently have in their warehouse. That caused mass delays as orders will not ship til everything is ready.”
