“I had sent emails requesting tracking information since my order hadnt arrived about 2 weeks from ordering, and took them several days to respond. Once info was received, delivery time kept changing, but that is a Fedex problem. Items were beautiful in this order, had ther order that :/ had broken pieces”

“I ordered the red squash necklace on December 21st. It was delivered January 21st. I opened the packaging to find that a bead was missing and more had fallen off during shipping. The website has very cute clothing and accessories but it’s doubtful that I will shop here again.”

“Terrible shipping delays. Order was placed on Dec 10 for several gifts. Didn't receive until Jan. 9. Customer service responded quickly but I would not take a chance on timely delivery in the future”

“I placed an order on 12/17, did not hear anything from them. No confirmation number, nothing. 3 weeks go by, still nothing. So I reached out to them, they said it was on the floor getting ready to ship and I would get a confirmation number that day. I didn't. I reached kit the next 3 days in a row, no response. Finally on the 4th day I got a confirmation number. I placed the order on 12/17, finally got it on 01/12. Almost a full month.”

“I adore your clothing and accessories! You were my go-to site for purchasing the perfect dress for date-night. I would have said 5 stars all the way, until my recent orders. Shipping time was a month on my most recent item, which was a bummer. I don’t mind the wait, but what I would like is better communication that an item would be significantly delayed, so that I can order far enough in advance to have it in time. Like I said, love you guys, but I am a little nervous on ordering now with the shipping windows being so long.”

“Their turn around time is 15-20 business days. I ordered my items dec 9 and did not received until January 10. I understand Holidays and such but I needed my items for a certain event and they did not arrive on time. I also don’t like that if it’s on sale at all you cannot return even for store credit. I understand Clearance and final sale items but I did not even know my item was on sale until checkout which was nice but also made it unreturnable.”

“The mystery bag. The first one I got was not bad. It was just the dress ran very small. Fleeces was really cute but thin. Had many comments on it. Earrings were we're cute and bling belt Will be great for my hat. And then I got the sequins black duster. Little bit disappointing what I paid. The second one I was really disappointed. I only got a T-shirt and earrings. I thought I would get more with it what I paid and what is supposed to be what is supposed to be worth. The earrings look like they're missing something.”

“This is my second or third purchase from SFC and I was disappointed in how long it took for them to ship my order - about four weeks! It is a good thing it wasn't a Christmas gift and just was a random order due to the hat going on sale so I didn't want/need it for a certain day. There were plenty of others complaining about their orders not being shipped, as well. This company has many things to work on.”
