“Not happy at all took 4 1/2 months to get my boots and didn’t even get half my money back before this I never had a problem with this company but since they didn’t give me even a discount or free hat something for taken so long I’m not pleased at all”

“Do not have very good customer service. Took 45 days to get my shipment and that was after I had called, and emailed several times. Website states 14-15 days. Only after I told them I was disputing the charges that occurred on the day i ordered, did my items get shipped”

“I ordered the laced and loaded boots. The calves were not expandable as lead. These are made for a very small calf. I have messaged and left voicemails to initiate a return and no response. Very disappointed after waiting months for the product to arrive”

“Loved the camo and turquoise rain boots if you have big calves this is the boot for you! They are comfy too went shopping my feet never hurt and my feet hurt all the time! If you are size 8 1/2 order 8they run big I think 7 would do if u don't like thick socks. The turquoise and cow print sherpa sweater I was upset I ordered a large but they sent small. No refunds just store credit which is a hassle plus they not on sale anymore.”

“Terrible customer service. Called so many times and no answer. Emailed five times, no response. I’m missing two orders. They say one was delivered (it wasn’t!) and the other they are “working on getting out” when my more recent orders have been sent. Very disappointed. Get it together.”
