“Some of the qualities of the items is a little poor. Over all please. I was worried I would not get all of my items before Christmas so I was glad I did. I do feel it's a huge flaw in the business to sell items they do not currently have in their warehouse. That caused mass delays as orders will not ship til everything is ready.”

“Will never buy anything ever again from this place! Sent me the wrong size for something I was going to give as a Christmas gift. Emailed over and over and it takes them a week to respond with absolutely no resolution. They only respond when I filed a dispute with PayPal.”

“The absolute worst experience that I've ever had!!! Will not purchase from here again!!!! Received the mint camo boots that I purchased for my niece for Christmas and they arrived USED! All scuffed and torn and dirty! I've reached out to customer service over 10 times with no response still!!! I had to give my niece these boots like they were. I had never been so mad and embarrassed. I purchased new boots, soI expected them to be new!”

“I purchased 2 sherpa sweaters despite their being labled the same; one was warm and soft on the inside the other feels like the back of an area rug against my skin. The one that is soft inside was poorly made and one of the pockets has a 2 inch tear in it from being missed in the sewing process, I can fit 3 fingers through the pocket. I have yet to receive a response for the damaged and poorly constructed product. I absolutely love the concept of the store; the clothes, colors, styles and realistic sizes of the models but the clothes seem to be really lacking in quality that a $50+ sweater should have. I realize that things do happen but if this is not resolved I will have no problem not purchasing again and passing on my experience to others.”

“Stretchy but not too stretchy. Long! I’m 6’ tall and these pants are the best jeans that I own!! I feel beautiful in them! I’m normally a size 22 but these 20’s fit PERFECTLY! I’m ordering more for sure. I also ordered a tie dye sherpa and it is amazingly soft. It’s also not bulky and not really thick. I also love how there is a leather patch on the chest, makes it look expensive and high class. No other bouquets have the leather patch but their sherpas sale for the same price, none that I saw anyway.”
