“This is by far the best purchase I've made. This sherpa is so soft. My one year old keeps calling it mommy's blanket and she wants to wrap up in it.”

“I waited 6 weeks for my item so I ended up just canceling my order, they confirmed it then 3 days later they shipped it out by accident apparently and now are telling me I can’t return that item.”

“Love the shoes! I didn't realize these were for pre-order so I did however wait a while for these I know if I wouldve seen that I really wouldn't have purchased! I just needed them sooner- I hope in the future for pre-order it would be more prominet! Other then that the customer service was amazing!”

“Only positive is they answer emails, most sound like auto responses repeating that they are slow because of Covid and the holidays(both of these were known factors) Took 6 weeks to get a purchase ordered In Early November”

“Coziest pullovers I have ever worn!! One of the two dresses I ordered fit like a glove 😍 the other one was just too large because I ordered a size bigger than normal. SFC fits true to size! I also ordered some glitter shoes and they're too dang cute 😁”

“Received 2 right feet on boots I ordered and still am watin on someone to help me since the website will not let me start the return process since they were preorder item. So in essence my money was taken and I was sent a subpar product with no one to help me fix the problem. Will never order again”

“Very disappointed. Shoes are not true to size, they are very small. Masks are poorly made, smell like rubber, and the floral one has hardly any of the advertised print and just looks dirty. The Sherpa is ok, quality is cheap but my daughter likes it. Overall, you get what you pay for, $17 shoes I guess I shouldn’t have expected much but I’d have at least liked to have been able to wear them.”
