“The sequined duster I purchased is very short in the arma, does not reach anywhere close to my wrist as shown on the model. This also means the overall length is not as close to my ankles as shown on the model. I would prefer to return it, unfortunately.”

“Clothes are pretty, but the return policy on their items I do not like. The size chart was off. I am a 34 bust, but the shirt I purchased was HUGE. I was unable to return it. And now I am stuck with a blouse I am unable to wear. Trying to sell it, if I can, if I can even get my money out of it. Total waste.”

“I ordered a cute pair of boots. Took over a month to come in. I tried one boot on and the zipper was broken. Couldn't even wear the boots. I was going to return them but not even bothering since I read all the other reviews about their poor customer service and return policy. Waste of money.”
