“Never hot my order. I got someone else's and I need to know how to send back I got what looks like 2 pair size 8 pants, a medium duster, medium tie dye sherpa. I do not want this ..I want what I ordered. Ive messaged several times on how to return. What I ordered was a Christmas gift. This Christmas was all messed up thanks to a screwed up order . Very very upset with you all and im telling everyone I know how shifty you all are!!!!!!”

“The sequined duster I purchased is very short in the arma, does not reach anywhere close to my wrist as shown on the model. This also means the overall length is not as close to my ankles as shown on the model. I would prefer to return it, unfortunately.”

“I was not impressed. The shoes were too small and I was unable to exchange because I bought them on sale. The jacket got holes in both pockets the first time I wore it! Also unable to return because I bought on sale. I won’t be ordering again”

“My wife loves the style of these clothes so I decided to buy her 4 clothing items from the website for Christmas. Three out of the four items where the wrong size. Disappointed”

“Clothes are pretty, but the return policy on their items I do not like. The size chart was off. I am a 34 bust, but the shirt I purchased was HUGE. I was unable to return it. And now I am stuck with a blouse I am unable to wear. Trying to sell it, if I can, if I can even get my money out of it. Total waste.”

“The dusters I bought were absolutely stunning! I gave them away as Christmas gifts.... the only issue I had with any of it was the fact that I found them for half the price on Amazon afterwards. Still loved them! Thanks!”

“I ordered a cute pair of boots. Took over a month to come in. I tried one boot on and the zipper was broken. Couldn't even wear the boots. I was going to return them but not even bothering since I read all the other reviews about their poor customer service and return policy. Waste of money.”
