“Waited 6 weeks for my order just to receive the wrong item. They said to return the item and exchange it for the right one yet they are sold out on their website so I'm just out of luck and either stuck with the wrong item or get money back but no option to get the necklace I originally ordered and waited so long for. No access to printer to print a return label, asked if they could send me one and no response a week later...guess they don't really care to take care of their customers. Really disappointed as the necklace I ordered was the one thing I was really looking forward to and now it's gone, even though I paid for it.”

“Never hot my order. I got someone else's and I need to know how to send back I got what looks like 2 pair size 8 pants, a medium duster, medium tie dye sherpa. I do not want this ..I want what I ordered. Ive messaged several times on how to return. What I ordered was a Christmas gift. This Christmas was all messed up thanks to a screwed up order .
