“The boots are cute. The one sole wasn’t glued down and has a very annoying fold in it. The glitter comes of on everything. They didn’t come in a box. Just folded in half in a bag. Had I paid full price I’d be livid.”

“Worst customer service ever!! My order was halted by UPS on 12/15 due to damage and was investigated and the claim sent to SFC on the same day. The only response I have had from SFC is that I have to make a claim. The claim was already made by UPS and sent to them. I even contacted UPS and they sent the notification to SFC again on 12/22. Now I have am out money for two items I never received and can not get ahold of anyone at SFC to help with this issue of getting my items or refunding my order. I have called, left voicemails, messages on FB and Instagram, sent emails, and still nothing. I just want my 2 items or my money back. I am about to do something I never do and report them to BBB because this is just ridiculous and I am not The only one having these issues with this particular company. And I case you want to know my order # is 986132. I also have all correspondence with UPS about this order and how they are doing what they are supposed to but SFC is not!!”

“Had mostly good experiences after 22 orders, having issues getting in touch with them about an order I made on Dec 3rd of in stock items that still haven’t shipped after 27 days. I would either like my order shipped or be issued a refund. Called non-stop for hours and couldn’t get anyone. The clothes and shoes are beautiful though.”
