“I bought the red sequin duster and the brown riding boots. The duster is beautiful & fits perfectly. The boots on the other hand, don’t fit and I can’t exchange them due to the policy regarding sale items. I probably won’t be buying more from them.”

“If you’re willing to wait 4+ month for your order then go ahead and order. Some of their stuff is really nice, others are not. Seems like they are using multiple manufacturers where they get their clothes made and some use better quality than others. Returns are only for store credit and sale items can’t be returned”

“I had an issue with a bogo code so I sent a message immediately. I was told I could cancel the order and re order. Which I requested to have the order cancelled and I reordered to ensure I could get the boots in my size. The original order was never cancelled. And I emailed back and forth several times. Both orders shipped and now there is a restocking fee to return. So I paid full price for one order and half price for the second. And have 4 pairs of boots that I didn’t want and can’t afford to have double purchased. I so disappointed with the lack of assistance.”

“First time ordering and I will never order from SFC again. I paid $20 for 3 day delivery on Dec. 12. As of Dec. 28, the package still has not arrived!!! One week ago, the order had not shipped, and I asked that the order be cancelled. I never rec'd a response until I called my bank and placed a dispute. I received a response today, Dec. 28. Terrible customer service!!!”

“I ordered the lace and loaded boots which are very cute, after a long wait they arrived I put them on 1 TIME and the zipper was not applied on the boot correctly and did not have the stoppers on it so when I went to zip the boot up the Zipper just came right off. They are not fixable. I have reached out to SFC 3 times and they will not respond. They obviously only care about the sale and not about there products. I begged in emails to fix the situation before I made a review. I have gave them over a week to respond. With 3 emails to choose from and still nothing.”
