“I ordered from this company and needed to exchange a dress. I emailed them for help. Got one response. Their standard, we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. After over a week and 5 more emails from me, nothing! I feel very disappointed. I feel some kind of response would at least make you think they care. The customer service for southern fried chicks is the worst I've seen. I recommend never buying from this company because they will not fix anything that might be wrong with your order.”
