“I absolutely love SFC. The clothes are great quality. Shipping times are fast and on time. I give them 5 stars overall. The customer service has been pretty good. The staff was really nice when I needed a refund for a manufacturer defect on an item I purchased and got the refund out to me quickly. I gave a 3 star in customer service because I have had one issue with returning a pair of shoes sent in the wrong size. When I went to return them I wanted to exchange, but the site said none in my size was available so I was forced to choose the store credit option. That wasn't the case, they did have my size when I went to the site afterwards. SFC then ran a sale in the following days selling out before I received my credit. It has now been 3 weeks and I still haven't received the credit. Other than that I have purchased many items, again all great quality, super cute! I get a ton of compliments.”

“I have bought several dresses from SFC and I absolutely love them. I'm a size 18 and usually have a hard time finding clothes that fit well. All of the styles of dresses I've purchased are flattering and well made. My first purchase was To Have and To Hold for my wedding, and it was perfect”

“The material seemed cheap. I bought some loafers and the bottom could easily come off. I also bought shoes and the glitter comes off. I contacted customer service 4 business days ago and no response. Im not happy with my purchase.”

“As a first time customer, I have to say I am disappointed. I ordered two dresses both size small. One fits like an XS while the other fits like a L. Additionally, I was under the impression I was purchasing from an “American” company. The “made in China” tags ruined that.”

“Amazing merchandise and Gorgeous models that represents EVERY woman. Customer service is great too! If you ever have to call them they speak to you like you're a friend instead of a customer. They keep you notified of the progress of your order and you get CHICCASH when you buy something! Where else can you get store credit instantly when you spend a certain amount? These CHICS are on 🔥🔥🔥! I love Ms. Liz's designs and they give you an opportunity to help decide on styles. If I lived closer to them I'd be begging for a job just so I could have a chance to see everything and buy more!!!!”

“I got the to have and hold lace dress. The fit is perfect. I cannot wait for my wedding day. The dress is very form fitting, if you don't want super curvy parts of you showing, you may want to invest in Spanx. It bunches a little around the waist. Besides that I am in love, it's exactly what I wanted and it's so comfortable. I'll be posting pics of my wedding day.”

“Yours have super cute clothes from shoes to boots accessories but it took me almost one day from being six weeks to receive a dress and it wasn’t on back order or anything so I’m not sure really what went on with that but other than that you’re awesome🔥❣️😊❤️”

“The dresses are great... BUT waiting an entire actual month for an in-stock item to arrive is absurd. Things from China get here quicker than that. The customer service making zero effort to explain or actually check on the shipment was incredibly frustrating. An automated response saying it takes 5-10 business days to pack and ship is ridiculous- especially sending that repeatedly, when it's been over 15 business days. If you can't fulfill orders in a reasonable amount of time, stop advertising so much or hire more people or something. I own 3 small businesses and understand times are crazy, but seriously- fix it. It is extremely unlikely I will ever order from here again. Dress and necklace came several days after the event they were to be worn for.”
