“I have mixed feelings. On one hand, everything the offer is beautiful but on the other hand, their customer service is horrible. I don’t know which is more important to all of you but customer service speaks volumes about a company to me.”

“The dress I ordered wasn’t clear that it was preorder so it took 2 months to get here. Upon arrival I was disappointed in the quality and appearance. It looks cheap and the embellishments fall off without even barely touching them. This will be the one and only item I ever order from them.”
