“The dress I ordered wasn’t clear that it was preorder so it took 2 months to get here. Upon arrival I was disappointed in the quality and appearance. It looks cheap and the embellishments fall off without even barely touching them. This will be the one and only item I ever order from them.”

“The dress I recieved fit so differently than how it looked in the pictures. I immediately went to return it and there is no option of sending it back and getting a full refund. When I emailed the company about it, I never got a response. I call that poor customer service.”
