“2 orders placed. One was perfect. The second is pending even though I was told 2 weeks ago via email (which I still have) that it would be shipped at the end of December and it was placed early November. I don't like pre-sales and will never ever do it again. It's ridiculously problematic.”

“I am so frustrated with Southern Fried Chics. I ordered a size 8 boots and they sent me a size 6. When I tried to process a return it rejected it because I order with a discount code that was higher than 25% discount. They have not answered me for 2 weeks and I have been dealing with this for 3 weeks. I would love to get the correct size but no one has answered me:( I am so disappointed.”

“Fast shipping, good check out experience. Loved the shirt, just way too big. Was expecting it to be a little big but too big for me. Gave to a friend for Christmas and she loved it.”

“Everything is adorable. I did order one of the dresses however and the sizing was off. I normally wear a medium and I ordered a large and it was still too small.”

“I ordered the Twyla dress in white for my bridal shower. I’m when I got the dress it was very beautiful but did not fit. I was not able to return it due to it being on sale (purchased for 60$). To me that is a lot of money, now I have no dress and lost money. Pretty upset about it.”

“I’m not very happy with the amount of time it took to receive my order. I understand one of the items was a preorder and that it would take longer than usual, but these items came nearly three months after I placed my initial order.”
