“2 orders placed. One was perfect. The second is pending even though I was told 2 weeks ago via email (which I still have) that it would be shipped at the end of December and it was placed early November. I don't like pre-sales and will never ever do it again. It's ridiculously problematic.”

“I am so frustrated with Southern Fried Chics. I ordered a size 8 boots and they sent me a size 6. When I tried to process a return it rejected it because I order with a discount code that was higher than 25% discount. They have not answered me for 2 weeks and I have been dealing with this for 3 weeks. I would love to get the correct size but no one has answered me:( I am so disappointed.”
