“I received a pair of shoes as a gift like the ones I purchased but in a different print. One is defective and I cannot wear the shoes. The person who gifted them to me wants to return them for a full refund but when I chat with ya'll I get a response that says "someone will get back with me". She wants to return them NOW for a FULL refund. What's the hold up? The buffalo plaid shoes I ordered were perfect but the ones I received as a gift are not! Get with me please about returning the defective shoes and note, we will not be ordering from you again!”

“Willing to change my review if I ever hear back from someone. I ordered two dresses, the to have and to hold, and the rovena in white. According to each dresses own size chart I was to buy a small in the to have and to hold and a large in the rovena. The to have and to hold was perfect on me. The rovena was huge and I should have bought a small as well but the sizing chart suggested otherwise. I would like to do an exchange but according to their site if you bought it on sale they don't do exchanges it appears? I emailed customer service to see what we can do but I have not heard back.”

“I wish I could give 5 stars but the shipping delay is a little ridiculous. If you order make sure you do not need it for at least 2-3 months because all of my orders (I've made 3; still haven't gotten my last order from black Friday) have taken this long even though the description states otherwise.”

“I have ordered from this company multiple times and have never had much issues. This year was the first time i had any major issues. Within the last few years it seems the company has become very unprepared and has had a huge issue with communication. When others have been waiting months for items while others who ordered the week before are getting the same items. Not telling customers the items they ordered months prior are “still in production” with nothing on the website about it. This company used to be great and amazing. Now it has gone down hill with lack of communication. The products seems to be made a lot cheaper now as well. Sizing is completely off and the quality of the products is not good anymore. This will be my last purchase from this company. Especially since the company has messed up so many orders or the consistency of products while making sure to clearly state all sales are final. Not the best way to run a business in my opinion.”

“The quality is always very good and fits true to the sizing charts in my case. The products are as beautiful as pictured the only thing is that shipping usually takes forever even before covid I felt like I waited a long time for my items. They were well worth it I just wish for better customer communication and faster shipping( though I always use standard so can I really complain)”
