“The fabric seems low quality. I ordered two sizes that were 1 off of each other. The shirt fit as if it was two sizes two big and the dress fit as if it was two sizes too small. Their return policy is horrible even for exchanges!! Make sure to not buy anything on sale and do not use their promo specials (BOGO). You will not be able to exchange or return. $100 wasted.”

“I have placed two orders with yall. The 1st was the laced and loaded boots which I had been looking at for months. I got them quickly and love them. 2nd order I got a romper, glitter bombs and a Sherpa. The romper was way too small to even get over my hips. I tried to exchange it for a larger size and was told that since it was “on sale for over 25%” that was not allowed. I’m not wanting my money back just the item in a larger size, don’t see how that is an issue, especially when I would be paying to ship the too small one back. I was looking at other items to buy but after this I don’t think I will be making another purchase.”

“The dress is very well made, when I bought this dress I thought that it only had one leg slit as the pictures never showed anymore than one and the description never said anything about it. I got the package and the dress has a slit down both legs. I personally don't like that for a wedding dress so now I am buying a new one. If I would have known that it had to slits I would not have bought it. Other than that the quality is really nice.”

“So, I couldn't exchange a dress for a different size because it has been marked 25% off or more...when the entire store was 25% or more off from Black Friday through New Years. So no one from late November to the end of the year can return Christmas Gifts or exchange sizing. Seems like a fishy business practice. Who sells during the holidays and doesn't accept returns knowing full well that stuff happens. Yeah I think I'll take my business elsewhere.”

“Never bought from you. Daughter talked me into buying. I spend over $600.00 on my first order. And a lot of the items I purchased didn’t fit properly. So all I wanted was an exchange for a different size. Not my money back. Or a choice of something else. And guess what!! I was told NO!! Items were on sale. Didn’t even attempt to accommodate me! Extremely disappointed!! For the amount of money spent and nothing in return? I actually feel like I was Robbed!!! Which it’s factual since I’m not able to wear any of the items I purchased. How sad!!”

“I love there outfits but as a previous boutique owner myself I think there communication to customers is the biggest thing lacking . Example: I asked a question on Instagram about how to find there new arrivals and a fit to a certain dress I wanted but yet was just given a here is our website thank you.... well obviously I no the website I have ordered several times but if my question was actually answered you would have gotten another sale from me. .... not bein harsh just hopefully some good criticism”

“The riding boots I purchased were beautiful and just like the photo.. However on only the 2nd time wearing them the zipper broke off the track and would not go back on. I was at work when this happened and did not have another backup pair of shoes.. ended up just having to tape the boot around my leg to get through the rest of my long work day. Nothing of this made me too terribly upset, even after having spent as much as I did on the boots, but I have now attempted contacting the company numerous times to resolve the issue to no avail. No one has gotten back to me and I'm beginning to doubt that there are even people at the company. I would not suggest buying from Southern Fried Chics. They have beautiful items, but I guarantee you will find an alternative somewhere else that will take better care of you.”

“My daughter introduced me to SFC and you have quickly become one of my favorite online shopping sites! I ordered the May Flowers dress in pink to wear for my sons wedding and had may compliments! I ordered sherpas for all my girls for Christmas and they LOVED them! I enjoy seeing the posts of everyone modeling their new clothes, maybe I will need to post some too!
