“All of the girls are sweet as pie, and I know they try their best. But 1: they allow their customers to gaslight other people who voice their concerns. 2: they will list an item and then later say it was pre-order though it was not labeled as such at the time of purchase 3: they don't answer phones, emails, or Facebook messages in a timely fashion. 4: they will not take care of an issue, such as overstocking a product, until you bring it up. 5: they blame covid, and not being staffed for shipping delays 6: the quality of clothes is average at best but their prices just dont match 7: shipping is inconsistent. Sometimes I get clothes months after I order, sometimes I will get it a few days after. They have adorable clothing and I will continue to order from them when there are sales, but make sure you have at least 6 months before the event you plan to wear you new clothing to. Don't go to any social media or they'll allow you to be attacked by their following. I used to have 5 stars but I had to change it to three after I've seen the complaints and what they allow to happen on their page.”

“Placed order and didn’t get til after I returned for New Years. I tried to do return and was unable, in speaking to customer service they stated it ended in .95 so that means you couldn’t return item. No where did it state that upon purchase. But apparently you should that prior to purchasing. I definitely would NOT ever make any future purchases and am out $45”

“I bought a pair of boots that run way large. The boots are gorgeous but waaay to big for me to even attempt to wear. I contacted the company for a return or exchange and they would not allow. The company has super cute stuff but I will no longer be giving them anymore of my business. There are plenty of other shops with just as cute stuff but with way better customer service.”
