“Extremely disappointed! The shoes we ordered looked great but all 10 pairs were too small. I didn’t request a refund, I only wanted to exchange the sizes. They were unwilling to help at all! If it was a small order, I would have moved on but TEN pairs of shoes, you’d think they’d be willing to switch out for a bigger size, since they are selling shoes are smaller than the normal size. They graciously refunded me $0.76, that’s right SEVENTY SIX CENTS! I wouldn’t recommend anyone do business with them. You can find everything they sell at other boutiques or on Amazon. I don’t expect them to even post this review, and this may be my very first review to ever even write. I’m just completely shocked that a small business wouldn’t be more willing to work with their customers to make it right. Be very careful of buying anything on sale, that’s how they trick you with their unwillingness to help with an exchange. Super shady!!”
