“I give two stars cause the clothes are really cute. Service sucks! They keep sending me emails for review but won’t send me my products I been waiting on since first week of November. They won’t even reply to me personally when I ask about it. I just get a preset message. Seriously!!! I wanna like you but seems there is a big history of not sending orders but taking money right away. And no my items were not preorders. You show them in stock!!!!”

“I have done 2 orders with SFC now and I love the items I have received! I have ordered several dresses in Medium and the fit has been perfect for me. It does frustrate me a bit that this size is typically unavailable for many of the items I would like to purchase and there have been a few hiccups (delivery times, damaged item, and response time to inquiries). I do have to say I think the sale prices that SFC offers are pretty reasonable and if I can find the items I'd like in my size I will continue to order.”

“I was not notified when I ordered for an event that half the items were on backorder. When I called to check on them, I was notified and was told items would not be arriving in time for my event. (They won't ship a partial order) I asked to cancel the order through email. The order was never cancelled and arrived anyway four weeks late. I will be returning the items. As far as I can tell, I do not get reimbursed, only store credit. I don't plan on ordering anything from this company again so....”

“I really love the style of this boutique and all the engagement they do online for us customers. The shipping times have always been slow and customer service response is slow at times. But as a business person I understand why, because they communicate this on their business pages often, and they follow through on actual customer concerns. I am more than willing to wait and order their clothing in advance as needed. I ordered my wedding dress from them, and most of my daily wear is something from this boutique. Super trendy, fun, and plus size friendly clothing. If you see something you like buy it fast because certain sizes sell out quickly and I've learned my lesson before. I love this boutique and appreciate all the hard work they do to get cute clothes out us western gals! I love being a Southern Fried Chic!”

“I have an order I’ve been waiting on since November 4th. One item is back ordered and it says on the website December, still no order. I got the plaid Sherpa and it is cute however it has holes along the seams of the pockets! I did receive some items that I love so the rating is based on the Sherpa and excessive wait for an order.”
