“Ordered a horse rug on 4 December with delivery for 7 Dec. Arrived the following day. So super quick delivery, rug was as described. Great service all round”

“I saw 20% off full price items advertised on the store front . I bought some items in store which were full price but the discount wasn’t given . The manager said they were already reduced but there was no other tag on the items . The 20% discount seems to be a scam to get you into the shop.”

“My parcel never showed up! The tracking information i was sent only ever said "item delayed" I'm currently trying to get a refund. The customer service was non existent, you can't speak to an actual person, the live chat function never worked and there was no number to call to spaeak to someone to find out information. The only option was to email which i didn't really find very helpful. I wouldn't buy from Sports Direct again!”

“Received my order wasn’t great the box was battered but ok it’s only a box. But once opened I was presented with one lovely white trainer and one yellow one which looks like it’s been on display forever oh don’t worry about checking them before sending them out to make sure there ok it’s only someone’s Christmas present after all. I have emailed customer service and rang and still waiting on someone to resolve my issue plus I was sent on the store tour to see if I could change them but every time I was told they have the size I wanted when I got there it was a wasted journey please please can you get this sorted you have one very disheartened and disappointed customer who needs your Christmas spirit hopefully I will hear from you soon with good news 🙌🏻”

“The product was very nice and I love them. However the delivery was a nightmare. One of the products was pre- order with an specific date, which end it up being 2 weeks after. I almost cancel the product. If you buy with sport direct pray for not having problems because they have horrible online service when there is an issue.”

“I’m a w36 33L, I ordered 2 golf trousers, one came barely fitting while the black trousers didn’t fit at all and it’s suppose to be my size. I requested a change to w38 but came back too big. The most annoying part of it all was that I had to pay £6.20 to return the trousers which is very ridiculous. I’ve spent over half the price of the trousers on return. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼. Never again, Sport direct is a fraud and never will I purchase from them again.”
