“Received parcel,tracksuit bottoms missing,sent a dozen emails and photos and still haven’t received them.i am furious has all they keep saying is get in touch with customer services and still no joy.NEVER AGAIN.”

“I had a pre-order item and there seemed to be some confusion in the Customer Service Dept. I was advised that my order had been pushed back on its launch date but in fact it wasn’t. Overall happy with the service.”

“Delivery time was longer than expected, when I tried to email I got no response back still now I haven't gotten any emails. The company who delivered to me (fastways ) was a very poor as well. They left my item in the nextdoors back garden in the rain the item was thrown over the gates and landed in a puddle of water. Thankfully the items for not fragile or they would have been broken. Don't think I'll order off sports direct again. I'd rather go in store. Thanks”

“Very disappointed with the fact that when I returned 2 pairs of football boots I ordered which were the wrong size, I was only offered a credit note. I had my receipt and really wanted my much needed money back!!!! Very poor! Not putting the customer first!”

“Dreadful , might not have been your fault that the Hermes driver left the parcel outside my house 😕 but the fact that ive emailed you 5 times without a satisfactory response is dreadful. I wont ever order from you again”

“Ordered pair of size 4 Women’s Adidas walking shoes, received a pair of size 7, not much good, ordered pair of sketchers women’s size 4, received right size, spot on, both arrived incredibly swiftly, very impressed with that, just a pity walking shoes were wrong size”
