“I ordered trainers and payed extra for next day delivery and it should of arrived on the 8th yet im still waiting and its the 14th so you stole delivery money of me as you didnt deliver and you dont answer phones so im discussed by sports direct and i want my parcel”

“Delivery was quick but unfotunately the 2 polo shirts of the same colour were the wrong size, you sent 2xL instead L. I have had to give them away but the single navy one is the correct size L.”

“If I could give no stars I would !! I ordered a bike online and paid £149.99 for it it arrived with a huge sticker on for £119.99 I contacted the company to complain and I received a reply that said as I agreed to pay that price then they weren’t going to give me the difference back as they have frequent sales and sometimes the previous prices aren’t removed from goods prior to them being delivered. I still think it’s poor customer service and I’ve also emailed the ceo Mike Ashley twice and received no reply. So very disappointed in Sports Direct”

“I ordered a pair of joggers and when they arrived they were waterproof, which wasn't on the description. Very disappointed as I am isolating and can't return them. Especially when I spent almost 45 pounds with delivery. Very disappointed”
