“I bought 2 ski equipments. One of them, I was informed that was out of stock and the amount was taken off of the invoice. However, the second one wasn't delivered and the amount wasn't refunded. I wrote to the customer service more than 2 weeks ago, so far I haven't received any feedback.”

“Online service is ok, but would have purchased elsewhere if the item had been available, because the delivery charge to home or collect in store is quite expensive and there are no free returns. Also for some strange reason you can't return items to one of the shops.”

“I am absolutely appalled at the service ive received from sports direct. Having bought a pair of trainners from them, when they came they wernt suitable. I had to pay £4.50 for a return and then was missing £5 when the amount was refunded! Now i am down £9.50 for a pair of trainers i didnt keep! Absolutely terrible service. I will never shop here again.”

“Good quality. However, purchased under armour tracksuit pants home delivery £4.99 no problem drove to store as they did not fit so wanted to exchange for large size to drive to store and had to pay another £4.99 for delivery total of £9.98 I've paid for £29.99 tracksuit pants, refund on the delivery would of been nice as I drove into store to gain the credit note.”

“We paid £7.99 for next day delivery but only half of the tracksuit has arrived. You can’t speak to anyone directly, we emailed them and to be fair they answered very quickly but we’ve had no confirmation if the rest of the outfit is coming!! Poor show having paid extra for the next day delivery!!”
