“Wide range of choices, relatively food prices, fast delivery (not offering any free deliveries!), the emails notification timings need to be looked at, i recieved order processed after recieved my items, two times!”

“I ordered 3 items online, all items were in stock and I paid extra for the postage for next day delivery. The next day I got an Email saying the Skecher shoes were out of stock and was given an E gift voucher as a refund. I contacted customer services with various questions but all you get is an automated reply. Anyway the other 2 items I ordered turned up 2 days later than they said they would, so much for paying for earlier delivery. I then got an Email from Sports Direct the day after that saying they had been dispatched. Today I was working away from home and passed a Sports Direct store. I went in to see if they had the Skechers in my size . They had, yippee, but said I could not use the E gift voucher as they used a different type of computer system. Not my best shopping experience.”

“My item wasn’t in stock so I then didn’t qualify for the £20 voucher! Which there was no communication about this. Tried to ring daily to find out what was happening with my order. Then had to wait ages for delivery. Not impressed at all and will be the last time I will be using sports direct.”

“Do NOT order from Sports Direct! They charged me £7.99 for delivery and £4.99 for returning the purchased item. Their customer service rep, Michelle, was rude enough to tell me that I had already agreed to this by accepting their “terms and conditions” as “they are clearly stated on our website, and you agree to them before confirming your order.” Very unprofessional and inconvenient especially during these times.”
