“I don't think i'll use the online service again! The date of the pre order item included in my main order was delayed until after Xmas but nobody told me - it held up the whole order and until I chased, my order was kept on hold. I had to cancel the pre order item - still no refund on that - still waiting!!!! And then a pair of football boots i ordered were out of stock so they were cancelled from my order. But low and behold 2 days later they came back on line so I had to order them again - costing me another £4.99 P&P. I specifically asked the team if I could be exempted the P&P but that was not agreed - so ended up paying that twice! £4.99 is extortionate for P&P anyway!! On the plus side, I felt that Azimi dealt with the customer service side of things well. I would avoid ordering with you guys again and still haven't seen my refund for the pre order gloves so still not happy!!”

“I ordered 3 things and notices 2 was wrong as they had changed when adding to cart. I emailed straight away but didn't receive a response till after a few days and it was magically processed already. And the email team said nothing they can do. I won't get delivery back and have to go to store to sort returns. Think you need a cancel my order button.”

“The items i ordered would have been fine. I ordered the breakfast set and it all came completely broken, it was not packaged securely at all to protect the ordered item. The funny thing is that they sent a free sports direct mug that was triple wrapped and had fragile stickers but NOT the item I actually paid for.”

“Filtered the search for size small Nike underwear for my son, who is a size 28 waist. Large was sent despite the filtered search. Large was listed on the invoice but I am 100% certain I did not select a large. Was given a credit note in store as they do not stock the item. Really annoying.”
