“Order since 7th December, paid express delivery of £7.99, order not received, no update, nothing, it’s now 10 days later. They have also been doing this to a lot of people, they are scam, don’t order with them.”

“My son wanted some jogging pants for Christmas and he sent me a pic of them on your site. I’ve run around everywhere to get them, went to 3 shops including the one in Shirebrook they haven’t got them. I ended up having to order online and you had the audacity to charge me £4.99 to have them sent to your shop in Mansfield, when it’s your product. It’s not my fault you’ve not got them in stock so why should I have to pay extra. That money could have been spent as an extra present for my son but now I can’t afford to get him anything else. I asked the woman in the shop about a voucher which I’m sure it said one would get if you paid to get it sent to the shop. She said you had to spend £100 to get a voucher. It’s absolutely ridiculous that you expect your customers to pay extra because you haven’t got the goods in the shop. I have been to that shop in Mansfield 3 times over the years and they’ve never got anything I want. Well I won’t be going again. I only went for to get my son what he wanted for Christmas. Very dissatisfied J. Nowel”

“Worst company ever to deal with..Ordered goods in october 2020 worth &135.00..Some items where pre-launch. Which meant goods where due November..However this date changed to January..i requested this order to be cancelled.. Constant emails back and forth about still not recieving my money back..Now ive had to raise a dispute with my bank as ive still recieved no money.. Weeks later might i add after being told the funds would be in my account.. Might i add this was goods for the kids xmas..So thanks sports direct for all this hassle and still no money to cover whats been lost..”

“J'ai effectué une commande chez vous et j'estime n'avoir pas était respecté, pour cause vous m'avez expédié une paire de chaussure (pour petite filles) usagée qui je pense était exposée!! La boîte à chaussures détériorée et les semelles présentant des marques d'usures!!! J'ai remis cette boîte à la poste et elle vous parviendra d'ici peu!!!! J'ai aussi commandé 2 paires de chaussures taille 45, l'une est plus petite que l'autre ce qui est blizzard!!!”

“Ordered a pair of astroturf for the grandsons birthday and got a pair of football boots so had to take back to shop and get the correct item as birthday was 3 days later and postal return would not have been quick enough and although it wasn't my fault I was not refunded the £5 postage”

“I think the fact you have to pay for delivery and returns is pretty poor. I tried to return mine to store and it was refused.. something to do with fraud but it’s not an issue for other retailers”

“Very happy with the selection of items & prices in Sports Direct. My only criticism is that it takes too long to be delivered. I’ve ended up paying for items in a more expensive shop just because they had next day delivery.”

“It’s probably not the review you want but I’m absolutely mad. I ordered goalie gloves on 8/12 and was told my order had been received and they would let me know when it was with the carrier. Then I got an email to say the carrier couldn’t deliver but gave no reason and I had no note of when it was supposed to arrive anyway. Not great.”

“I haven’t received the items. On my orders it says waiting to be collected by courier. I made a complaint online and was told it had been collected by the courier.”
