“Discussing customer service have not sent my item had a email saying its been cancelled and still had no refund its been 4 weeks now and there saying they sent the item when they didn't only recived one item and have invoice to prove it .”

“Your chosen courier delivery company Hermes is diabolical. They promised to deliver my Sports Direct item last Saturday, but said it was delayed, then Monday but failed to deliver, then Tuesday but failed, then Weds but failed, then Thursday (today) but failed. I still do not have my parcel and I now really need the item. Terrible service.”

“The whole shopping process was efficient. When I realised I had ordered the wrong product the customer service experience was very responsive. I also contacted the local store who were extremely helpful, efficient, polite and pleasant”

“You should not charge for delivery , modern time you have to think what other retailer doing . For example : superdry dont charge any delivery fee for that reason i won't shop with you again”

“Bought trainers that were too small although half size larger than i usually wear as unable to try on obviously. No option other than credit note offered as no larger sizes in stock. Staff could not be bothered to engage. Take it or leave it basically.”

“Order was split into 4 parcels which seemed a little much and so big impact on carbon footprint with so many delivery vans/drivers. However, most were delivered quickly with just one package several days later. One item had to be returned as faulty and the cost quickly returned to me, so very happy with that. All other items as shown and described so pleased with quality.”
