“Good service and items are good quality, and value for money - in the sale. However, I ordered 3 items of clothing. I got 3 separate updates each time and each item was packaged separately. I consider this as a negative with regard to waste of packaging, and time.”

“Charge you £4.99 to deliver to their store. Same to go to home. This is like some airlines. Surely you should be stocking this stuff anyway or sending it on replenishment. Last time using online. Used to give a £5 voucher. Will use other places that don't charge delivery to send their own stock to their own stores”

“Worst most incompetent company ever dealt with on mail order. Ordered trainers which were badly sized and needed to be returned. In the middle of transaction received an email thanking me for my order. Then received a second email telling me my order has been returned (possibly original order or phantom order) saying 'customer changed their mind' which would have been inaccurate for any case. SD waste of time will not order mail order again.”

“Placed an order for my son's Christmas present then received an email out of the blue a week later saying I had cancelled the order?! email of complaint sent, blamed it on the courier, didn't entertain making a mense and credited me the order value. I was told to "feel free to place the order again" - NO THANKS!!”

“Tracking says delivered yet No delivery was attempted yet Sports Direct are that difficult to get any answers from whatsoever. I supplied a live video showing no delivery was attempted or even a van stopping outside my property 1/2 hour before and after there stated time of delivery. These was Christmas presents but they just DO NOT CARE! No phone number and they will not answer emails, Back to PayPal to sort”

“Discussing customer service have not sent my item had a email saying its been cancelled and still had no refund its been 4 weeks now and there saying they sent the item when they didn't only recived one item and have invoice to prove it .”
