“The item was sent to a collection shop by Royal mail the shop is a hermes parcel point my name was not on the package and nobody told me as you said by email it was ready the shop did not know anything about it and had to argue with them to get it for which I had already paid delivery I will not use this company again.”

“Purchased 2 packs of white Puma crew sports socks for 5.99 each. Socks are great BUT the both packs have stickers on them saying 2 for £9.00. Not impressed the saving was not passed on to me when I these purchased online. No customer contact number to talk to anyone due to COVID. Write to them instead. ☹️”

“Absolutely horrendous service, will never use again. Ordered 3 items. I had no correspondence for weeks, then I was told that 1 item was no longer in stock, then the same for the second, then the third recently arrived months after the order (by which it was too late) Shambles.”
