“Website was easy to navigate and get the product I needed. Description of the product was thorough that made it simple enough for a novice like me to order the product without hesitation. “I ordered drip line that my sprinkler "guy" told me to get and alerted me it was hard to fine. I ordered it from Sprinkler Supple Store and they immediately told me it would be a back order item. Their communication was beyond my expectations. I received updates on the time (which was accurate), a personalize video, and the product arrived on the date they said it would. Quite impressive.”

“We needed a replacement bulb for one of our landscaping post lights (12v, 1.2w, 1.3va). After searching all the big box store, small hardware stores, lighting stores, Amazon, even calling local Landscapers not a single place had what I needed. Browsing the internet I came across Sprinkler Supply and started a chat with Customer service. I was told this replacement bulb was no longer available but could go with a FX G4E2WT3 2700K WARM WHITE without a noticeable difference with other remaining 7 lights. I was a bit leary being each bulbs cost is $20.04 then add on shipping, but Customer service assured me I would not notice a difference when all the lights were illuminated. So I went ahead and ordered 8 lights total just in case there was a notable difference. Wouldn't you know it, when I put the one replacement bulb in you could not tell the difference. So now I have seven bulbs left for future replacement. Thank you Sprinkler Supply! They even gave threw in a pair of real nice garden gloves!”

“Ordering was simple, shipping was timely and product is just what I was looking for. One comment I would make is that it was difficult to find you. I’m so tired of cheap spray heads bought in hardware stores etc., and when I first queried the Internet you did not show up. Also, are you on Amazon? We do a lot of shopping there and I don’t remember your products showing up.”
